Arcane is a 2021 French science fantasy action show based on the video game League of Legends published by Riot Games. It is an animated film adaptation created by Christian Linke and Alex Yee. The film was officially announced in November 2019, and animation work began in nearly six years prior. Voice actors from the series include Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, Kevin Alejandro, Katie Leung, Jason Spisak, Harry Lloyd, Toks Olagundoye, JB Blanc, Reed Shannon and Mick Wingert. Production was underway by 2020, and the cast was publicly announced in June 2021.

Arcane premiered on Netflix in November 6, 2021 to critical acclaim from critics. The film grossed $1.465 billion on a budget of $90 million, making it pass the billion dollar mark. The show notably won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program and an Annie Award for Best General Audience Animated Television Broadcast Production.
