China: Legends of the Shooting Stars was released in China on 3 March 2023 and in the United States on 31 March 2023. It received positive reviews from critics.

China: Legends of the Shooting Stars was released in China on 3 March 2023 by the China Film Group Corporation.
Universal Pictures distributed the film in North America, with Movie Land Entertainment and Gold Circle Films producing it. English dubbing was directed by Elizabeth Banks, produced by Paul Brooks, Bret Haaland, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller and written by Karey Kirkpatrick. It was released theatrically on 31 March 2023.
