Rather than Bardel Entertainment from the series, animation services for the film were provided by DNEG Animation and Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), while pre-production and storyboard took place at Movie Land Animation Studios's Toronto studio.

Steve Jablonsky was announced as the film composer, replacing Tomoya Ohtani. The recording studio began at the Newman Scoring Stage in Century City on July 13, 2023. Soundtrack album was released on March 29, 2024 by Back Lot Music, the same day as the film's release.
